Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, background checks, references, etc. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage top talent under time-sensitive deadlines. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, manage the recruitment cycle, and provide timely updates through proactive communication. Offer expert advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and data-driven insights to enhance decision-making. Build and maintain professional relationships with active and passive candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through timely follow-ups, interview feedback, and clear communication. Support specialized hiring initiatives, such as seasonal intern programs, campus recruitment, or high-volume hiring events. Work to enhance recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Track and monitor employee referral program and other recruitment incentive programs. Develop and maintain agency’s applicant tracking system. Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and organizational policies. Participate in new-hire human resources orientation to ensure employees have a complete understanding job responsibilities and agency values. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive employee and HR related information. Attend job fairs and answer questions as it relates to employment
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience. Minimum three years’ experience in full cycle recruitment. Previously experience in nonprofit highly preferred. Familiarity of employment laws. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail. Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Able to work independently and exercise sound judgement. Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred.
Salary: $28 - $32/hour
