Work independently and as a part of a team to provide employment services to clients. Will provide encouragement, guidance, and support in the area of employment; assess employability and barriers leading employment and provide services and linkages to overcome those barriers.
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field plus one (1) year experience in a mental health setting, A.A. degree plus two (2) years experience in a mental health setting. Previous case management, employment services, or job placement experience. Knowledge of community educational and vocational resources and other community social services resources. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Must have reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
Salary: $22.00 - $26.00/hour
