Will be responsible for providing quality clinical services, diagnostic formulation, psychosocial assessments, and assuring appropriate therapeutic activities. Provide comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, risk assessment, clinical interventions, case management, coordination of therapeutic activities. Provide therapy to clients and their families/caregivers that may include a variety of environments and community settings, including, schools, homes, community centers, etc., as appropriate.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field; Must be registered as an Associate Clinical Social Worker or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with the Board of Behavioral Science. LCSW or LMFT preferred. Knowledge of the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) system and the CA Short-Doyle/Medical System. Experience, knowledge, skill and abilities with culturally diverse population. Effective written and oral communication skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to exercise independent judgment and initiative in crisis situations. Bilingual in English/Spanish required. Must have reliable transportation, valid CA Driver’s license, must maintain current automobile insurance and must be eligible to drive for the agency.
Salary: $72,000-$80,000/year plus $3,000 sign-on incentive
