Serving as the program lead/administrator, the Clinical Supervisor/Program Manager will work to  address complex childhood and family trauma with families with child(ren) from birth to five.  Serve as project lead in the implementation of all UMHP strategies, focusing on (a) Culturally Appropriate Outreach, Education and Engagement (OEE), (b) Culturally Appropriate Intergenerational Family Wellness Screening and linkages, and (c) Intergenerational Family Healing Activities. Oversee the data collection and processing of that data while imputing it in to an assigned electronic database and/or submitting electronically. Participate in the recruitment, training, continuous staff development and supervision of UMHPs, ensuring that staff are equipped to practice trauma-informed outreach, education and navigation of concrete resources. Ensure program compliance. Other duties as appropriate and as assigned.

Qualifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with CA Board of Behavioral Science required. Master’s degree in psychology, sociology or related field required. At least three (3) years of experience in mental health services/wellness programs.  Previous experience in a non-profit mental health agency. Demonstrated ability to work independently; attention to detail a must. Previous supervisorial experience highly preferred. Able to perform in a positive, flexible, adaptive manner. Able to work evenings and weekends as needed. Able to work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment and initiative Excellent oral and written communication skills; Bilingual in English /Spanish required. Computer literate; working knowledge of database, spreadsheet, and graphic programs, such as MS Word and Excel, Outlook and knowledgeable in Internet search. Must have reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record.

Salary: $92,000 - $105,000 year
